Become a Mentor

Approx. 2–4 hours per month for 6 months

Mentors guide a participant through our Leadership Accelerator or Community Mentorship Circles, sharing experience and encouragement along the way.

What happens next: Our program team will contact you to schedule a short orientation call and begin the mentor matching process.
